Dolly Boucoyannis was born in Athens, Greece, studied jewelry design in Great Britain, Gemology in the USA and goldsmithing techniques in Florence, before returning to her home city, Athens.

She has won the De Beer Diamonds International Award for the use of moving diamonds. Ever since she has lived and worked in Athens where she runs her own workshop and retail shop, which is a common secret amongst the most elegant Athenians.

Traditional Greek elements, from various historical periods, combined with the knowledge that she acquired from her travels all around the world, are the motive for the creation of her unique artwork.

Her core aspiration throughout her career has been to create personalized jewelry with no expiry date, handmade with an unexpected and subversive combination of carefully chosen materials, free from value restrictions.
